• Payment information: when you subscribe or make a purchase, payment details are collected and processed by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record — we do not directly receive or store your card details
• Usage information: basic site analytics such as pages visited, collected through our hosting provider

5. Children's Privacy

Otter Pups Club and Professor Flash Pro involve content and tools used by children, but accounts, subscriptions, and purchases are made by a parent or guardian, not the child. For Otter Pups Club, we only collect a child's first name (no other identifying information) when provided by a parent for personalization purposes. For Professor Flash Pro, a parent or guardian creates and controls the account, and enters student information (such as first name, grade level, and progress data) directly on behalf of their child for the purpose of operating the homeschool platform they've chosen to use. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children themselves.

6. Cookies & Analytics

Our site may use basic cookies or analytics tools provided by our hosting platform to understand site traffic and improve performance. These do not track you across other websites.

7. Data Retention

We retain your contact, order, and (for Professor Flash Pro) family/student information for as long as needed to provide our products, comply with legal and tax obligations, and maintain business records. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.
