Otter Pups Club and Professor Flash Pro subscriptions are recurring monthly charges billed automatically each month until cancelled. Because these are fully digital products (downloadable content or platform access, with nothing physically shipped) delivered immediately upon billing, subscription charges are generally non-refundable once access or an issue has been delivered.
If you believe you were charged in error, or content was not delivered due to a technical problem on our end, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will make it right — either by resolving access or issuing a refund at our discretion.
The one-time $500 Professor Flash Pro platform license is a digital software license delivered immediately upon purchase. As with our subscriptions, this is generally non-refundable once account access has been granted, except where required by law or at our discretion in cases of a genuine technical failure on our end.
You may cancel at any time. Cancelling stops all future billing, but does not refund charges already processed for the current billing period. You will retain access to any content already delivered.
All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and tax collection on our behalf. Applicable sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout depending on your location. Refunds, when approved, are issued back to your original payment method through Paddle.
